Located in the most educational zone of Nagoya, a friendly neighborhood of the Meito ward, Cosmo International Preschool is now recruiting a part-time native English speaking teacher who loves children. The students’ ages range from between 0 to 4 years old. There will be a licensed Japanese preschool teacher supporting the class.
Previous experiences of teaching English to small children and/or early childcare will be highly regarded.
Our preschool has a cozy atmosphere, and it is only a 10 minute walk from the Issha Subway Station ( Higashiyama Line).

The teacher's job includes but is not limited to the following:

1. 30 minutes morning session
2. Teaching manners
3. Have the children do their worksheet of the day
4. Write overview of the day (about their achievements and what they did on that day) in the correspondence notebooks for their parents.
5. Play with the children ( inside play time as well as out side time at the park or even a stroll around the neighborhood)
6. Depending with how the day is running, we may need your assistance with changing their clothes, feeding them lunch , and putting the children to sleep (for nap time)
7. Monthly planning / Weekly planning / Planning for daily activities / Planning for Special Events


Working hours: 4 hours morning preschool class and a possible 2hour afternoon class
Working days: Monday - Friday (Flexible)
Holidays : End of the Year& New Years (about 7 days)
Obon (about 3 days)
